The Help Animals teams intervened last Friday in a house in Etterbeek, located near Montgomery, to save 19 birds and 5 dogs who were living in abominable conditions (photos).
The rescue took place at the request of a social worker who had been contacted by a friend of the owner of all these animals – an elderly lady who had suffered a stroke – following her hospitalization.
