In this episode, the chef will travel to Châtel-Guyon (63140), in Auvergne, to a restaurant named “The Micmac”.
It will help Damianchef of the establishment who took over this restaurant in May 2021 with Elodie, his wife. After a good start, the turnover plummeted to the point that the couple found themselves in receivership in January 2022.

Therefore, since the arrival of Philippe Etchebest, the restaurant is always open. Contacted by AnylateleDamien says: “We have a lot of people, it’s going well » and affirms that there is « more customers since the arrival of Philippe Etchebest ».
Among the changes, he explains that “the map is reduced” and insists that we “always works with fresh and homemade products”. Regarding the financial situation, the restaurateur admits: “We are still in receivership, but the situation is better”. “Le Micmac” is located at 1 route de Mozac in Châtel-Guyon. The restaurant is open on Monday from 6 p.m. to 10 p.m. and from noon to 2:30 p.m., then from 6 p.m. to 10 p.m. on Wednesday, Thursday and Sunday. On Friday and Saturday, “Le Micmac” closes its doors one hour later (at 11 p.m.). The restaurant is closed on Tuesdays. On Google, “Le Micmac obtains” a score of 4.3 out of 5.
Among the opinions collected on the various platforms, the comments dating from before the arrival of Philippe Etchebest are deplorable, we can read in particular: “Catastrophe!
